2. Products

We sell limited‑edition archival fine art prints, a monograph (digital and paperback), and an Explorer's Deck. All prints are signed and numbered. Digital products (such as the monograph PDF or digital presets) are delivered via download link or email.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). International customers will be charged in INR, and your bank may apply conversion fees. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before any physical product is shipped or digital download is made available.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product size. Estimated transit times: 5‑10 business days within India, and 10‑21 business days internationally. All shipments are fully insured. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds

Physical prints: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided once a download has been initiated. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including photographs, text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Mohith Rai Srivastav and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mohith Rai Srivastav be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of any products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
