Physical Prints & Editions
Worldwide shipping. All archival prints are packaged in custom-built museum-grade crates with foam inlay protection and climate-stable packing materials. Every shipment is fully insured for the full purchase value.
Delivery Timelines
India: 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs holds beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delay.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order is dispatched. All international shipments are sent via a registered courier with end-to-end tracking.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
Digital Products
Digital downloads (monograph PDF, presets, cards) are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email upon payment confirmation. No physical shipment is involved.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the print and contact us at info@mohithraisrivastav.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. For lost shipments, we will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed throughout.
