Returns

7-Day Return Window
Physical prints may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@mohithraisrivastav.com within this window with your order number and reason for return.
Condition Requirements
The print must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging — unframed, unwrapped, and in the same condition as received. Prints that show signs of handling damage, moisture, or removal from the original packaging materials will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using the original protective crate and a fully insured courier. We are not liable for prints damaged or lost in transit during the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned print, a full refund (excluding the original outbound shipping cost) will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a print for a different work of equal or greater value. Contact us to arrange. The same condition and return-shipping requirements apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Framed-on-request prints, custom-size editions, and digital products (monograph, presets, card decks) are non-returnable. If a digital product fails to download, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Damaged on Arrival
If your print arrives damaged, refer to our Shipping Policy. Damaged-on-arrival returns are handled separately and at no cost to you.
